Home Delivery Services is expanding rapidly around the country to meet demand, with additional facilities just leased in NSW & QLD.
At their Melbourne Head office at 46–48 Clayton Road, Clayton North, they have just expanded their operation and have leased a 4,830sq m property including 807sq m of cool rooms from a private landlord under an 18-month lease.
The property is older style and was the former Aussie Farmers facility.
The deal was negotiated by Lynton Williams of Savills Industrial & Logistics who said that the COVID-19 disruption was significantly increasing demand for home delivery services across Australia and hence the increased demand for cool room and freezer space.
