International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of private individuals, has completed the sale of Forest Park Hotel, Brockenhurst, to The Coaching Inn Group, a subsidiary of RedCat Pub Company, an investment vehicle founded and chaired by Rooney Anand to invest in the UK pub sector, for an undisclosed figure.
The Country Hotel and Inn is located in the heart of the New Forest, on the edge of the village of Brockenhurst with 40 en suite bedrooms and a highly regarded Inn and Restaurant.
