Savills was awarded the Residential Consultancy Practice of the Year and UK Sales Agency of the Year at the 2015 RESI Awards yesterday evening. The gala ceremony was held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London’s West End.
The awards, which celebrate excellence in residential property, were presented to a packed room at Grosvenor House by comedian Alexander Armstrong.
Richard Rees and Tom Mann accepted the award for Residential Consultancy Practice of the Year, and Robin Chatwin accepted the award for UK Sales Agency of the Year.
Richard Rees, head of UK Development says: “We are delighted to have won Residential Consultancy Practice for the second year running, proving that our consultancy services are consistently the best in class. The award is a reflection of the dedication of our teams across the UK who have worked enormously hard in what was sometimes a challenging market.”
Justin Marking, head of UK Residential says: “This award is a real testament to the seriously hard work put in by all the residential teams, both in London and the regions. In 2014 we operated in what at times were increasingly cautious pre-election residential markets and this award is a great platform to build on. Thanks to the Marketing and PR teams who are a real USP to our residential offering”.
The Josh Carrick Foundation were proud to be the charity of choice for the third year running and raised an incredible £16,000 for the foundation that evening.
