International real estate advisor Savills has been honoured for its stand out performance as Europe’s leading investment sales broker in 2019 for a third year running.
Oli Fraser-Looen, joint head of Savills Regional Investment Advisory team, EMEA, comments: “Winning this award for a third time is testament to the impact our teams are having on Europe’s investment market. Last year we continued to set precedents in terms of achieving record yields across all sectors and geographies and were pioneering in the entry of exotic capital into new markets.”
According to a spokesperson for REFI, “Utilising widely-used performance metrics, as well as qualitative factors, the award honours exceptional performance in the industry. There is a two-stage judging process in place that ensured that all entrants are rigorously assessed and only the true winners were selected.”
The awards were held at Banking Hall in London in February.
